Submit a Guest Post

Before you submit

Please read the Guest Post Guidelines before sending an idea or draft. We accept submissions about technology, gadgets, software, science, digital culture, and related subjects when they are original, useful, and supported by evidence.

What to send

  • Your proposed headline and a two- or three-sentence summary.
  • The intended reader and the main question the article answers.
  • A short outline with the key claims and supporting sources.
  • A complete draft or a clearly labeled pitch, written in readable HTML or plain text.
  • A short author biography and one preferred contact method.
  • Links to relevant previous work, if available.
  • Image files or URLs only when you own the rights or can explain the license and attribution.

Standards for submissions

Check names, dates, specifications, quotations, prices, and links before sending. Separate confirmed facts from opinion or prediction. Do not submit copied, spun, scraped, defamatory, hateful, unlawful, or undisclosed promotional material. Do not include passwords, private customer information, confidential documents, or personal data that is not necessary for the pitch.

Commercial and AI disclosure

Tell us about sponsorships, affiliate relationships, free products, employment connections, or other material relationships involving the subject. Tell us if an AI tool materially assisted the submission. These disclosures help editors evaluate independence and decide what readers should be told.

Review process

We may acknowledge a submission, request clarification, verify sources, request edits, or decline it. Editors may change the headline, structure, links, images, wording, and disclosures to meet our standards. A submission is not accepted until TFGadgets confirms acceptance in writing. We do not promise publication, payment, a backlink, or a specific review time.

Rights and permissions

You must have the right to submit the text and assets. By sending material for consideration, you give TFGadgets permission to review it and, if accepted under a separate agreement or written confirmation, to edit and publish it. Do not grant rights you do not own. If a submission is declined, we may delete it from our working systems subject to ordinary backups and legal or security retention needs.

How to contact us

Send a concise pitch or draft to news@tfgadgets.com. Questions about a submission may also be sent to d.vasu903@gmail.com. Please do not send repeated follow-ups in a short period; we will respond when the editorial review queue permits.
