Purpose of this disclosure
TFGadgets may use artificial-intelligence tools to help organize research, summarize source material, develop outlines, improve search presentation, and prepare first drafts. These tools support the editorial process; they do not replace the judgment, accountability, or responsibility of the publisher.
How AI may be used
- Grouping and summarizing information from approved sources.
- Suggesting article structures, headlines, questions, and search terms.
- Helping identify claims that require a source or an additional check.
- Assisting with spelling, clarity, formatting, and accessibility improvements.
The exact tools and providers may change. We aim to use them only for a defined editorial purpose and within the limits of the provider, source, privacy, and copyright terms that apply.
Human review and publication control
Every factual draft must pass editorial review before publication. A human editor checks the source material, dates, names, quotations, numbers, links, context, and wording. AI-generated or AI-assisted text is never treated as self-authenticating, and a draft is not automatically published merely because a generation step completed.
Evidence, attribution, and corrections
Our publishing process is designed to prefer identifiable, permitted sources and to stop when evidence is missing or contradictory. We do not knowingly publish invented facts, citations, quotations, statistics, or source claims. If an error is identified, we review the underlying evidence, correct the page when appropriate, and may add a correction note when the change is material.
Privacy and confidential information
We take reasonable steps not to send unnecessary personal, confidential, or security-sensitive information to an AI provider. Do not send passwords, payment details, private correspondence, or another person’s personal information through a public contact or submission form. Provider retention and processing practices can differ, so our privacy documentation and provider terms should be reviewed together.
What this does not mean
This disclosure is not a guarantee that every article is error-free, and it is not a promise that a particular model, provider, or workflow will always be used. It explains our intended process and the safeguards we apply. Vasu and the editorial team remain responsible for publication decisions.
