Current site status
At present, TFGadgets is primarily an editorial technology and gadget publication. Unless a specific checkout page or written offer states otherwise, this website does not promise a general store, subscription, paid download, or shipped product to every visitor.
When a purchase policy applies
If TFGadgets later offers a paid product, membership, service, event, or physical item, the applicable checkout page, order confirmation, or written agreement will explain the price, taxes, delivery method, renewal terms, cancellation rights, refund window, and any product-specific limits. A product-specific policy may supplement or replace this general page for that transaction.
Refunds and cancellations
Where a paid service is offered, a refund request should identify the purchaser, order reference, purchase date, item or service, and the reason for the request. Do not send full payment-card numbers or passwords. We will review the request against the terms shown at purchase and any mandatory consumer rights that apply to the purchaser’s location.
Digital products and services
Digital access, downloads, memberships, consulting, or other services may have different cancellation or refund rules because access can begin immediately or work may already have been performed. Those rules should be shown before payment. If a product is defective or materially different from its description, contact us promptly so the issue can be investigated.
Physical goods and shipping
If physical goods are ever sold, the offer should state where we ship, expected processing and delivery times, taxes or duties, carrier limitations, damaged-package procedures, and the conditions for returns. A shipping estimate is not a guarantee when a carrier, customs authority, weather event, or other external event causes delay.
