DMCA / Copyright Policy

Respect for copyright

TFGadgets respects copyright and expects contributors, partners, and readers to do the same. We aim to use original work, licensed material, public-domain material, official press resources, or material used under a lawful exception. A link to a source is not automatically permission to copy its text, images, video, or design.

How to report a concern

If you believe material on TFGadgets infringes your copyright, send a written notice to news@tfgadgets.com. To help us review it, include an electronic or physical signature; identify the copyrighted work; identify the material and its exact URL; provide contact information; state that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized; and confirm that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to act for the rights holder.

Review and response

We review a sufficiently detailed notice and may restrict access to or remove the identified material while the issue is investigated. We may ask for clarification, contact the contributor, preserve relevant records, or request evidence of authorization. A report is not an automatic finding of infringement, and we do not promise a particular outcome or timeline.

Counter-notices and restoration

If content was removed or restricted and you believe that action was mistaken, you may contact us with an explanation, the affected URL, your contact information, and any evidence of permission or lawful use. We may share relevant information with the complaining party or seek additional advice before restoring material. Nothing here limits rights or remedies available under applicable law.

Repeat infringement and misuse

Accounts or contributors that repeatedly submit infringing material may lose permission to contribute or may have material removed. False, abusive, fraudulent, or knowingly incomplete notices can harm other people and may have legal consequences. Please use the notice process responsibly.

Images, excerpts, and sources

When a source permits reuse, we aim to follow its attribution, license, and formatting conditions. When reuse is not clearly permitted, we prefer a link, short quotation where lawful, or an original explanation rather than copying the source. Questions about an image or excerpt should include the relevant page and rights information.
