Popular musician Kailash Kher has added a new set of wheels to his garage – the Jawa Perak bobber motorcycle. Kher, took to his Instagram handle, and posted a video of himself taking the delivery of the motorcycle.
As seen in the video, the singer performed pooja of the motorcycle as per the Hindu rituals and later took it for a short ride. He even described the motorcycle as a ‘makkhan machine’, which means that it rides smooth like butter.“Jawa has always held a special place in my heart, and with this new addition, my passion for biking is reignited like never before.” said the caption on Kher’s post.

The Jawa Perak bobber houses a 334cc, single-cylinder, liquid-cooled, DOHC engine, delivering 30 hp and 31 Nm of torque. This engine comes mated to a 6-speed gearbox. Compared to the engines of its sibling, the Forty Two, the Perak boasts a slightly larger capacity. Furthermore, The bike utilizes a monoshock suspension system at rear and telescopic units at the front. For braking duties, it is equipped with a disc brake at both the front and rear, offering dual-channel ABS as a standard feature.
Besides that, the Jawa Perak is one of the most affordable bobber-style motorcycles that is on sale in India. At present, the manufacturer sells four models in India, including the Jawa 350, 42, 42 Bobber, and the Perak itself.
