Special CBI Judge Rakesh Syal of Rouse Avenue Courts dismissed Arvind Kejriwal’s interim stay request in his revision petitions against the summoning orders
A Delhi Court on Friday denied a request to stay two orders from a magisterial court summoning Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal. The summonses were issued in response to complaints by the Enforcement Directorate (ED) regarding alleged non-compliance with agency summonses related to the Delhi excise policy case.
Special CBI Judge Rakesh Syal of Rouse Avenue Courts dismissed Arvind Kejriwal’s interim stay request in his revision petitions against the summoning orders, reported Live Law.
“The request for stay has been declined. For exemption, you can move the trial court,” stated the court while delivering the order.
