Actor Deepak Tijori who made a thrilling comeback to cinema with his directorial venture ‘Tipppsy‘, recalls his time working with superstars Shah Rukh Khan and Aamir Khan.
In an interview with Radio Nasha, the actor was asked to choose between Shah Rukh Khan and Aamir Khan, who both made special appearances in Deepak’s film Pehla Nasha‘. He revealed that both Shah Rukh Khan and Aamir Khan are equal to him, as he would often argue with them about their tendency to rehearse extensively.
The actor explained that while they focused on rehearsals, he preferred a more impromptu approach, telling them that he would do the reading while they continued with their rehearsals.
Deepak Tijori also shared a fun memory from the sets of ‘Pehla Nasha’, where he was joined by his close friends Pooja Bhatt and Raveena Tandon. He recalled that the entire unit, including Ashutosh Gowariker and the actors, would arrive early and play dumb charades before starting the shoot. Raveena Tandon would jokingly refer to them as a ‘mad unit’ because they would come before time, play games, and then get to work.
Meanwhile, on the work front, Deepak Tijori released his directorial venture ‘Tipppsy’ earlier this year. The film marked another step in his career as a director, adding to his body of work in the industry. The film starred Alankrita Sahai, Sonia Birje and Kainaat Arora in pivotal roles.
On the other hand, Shah Rukh Khan is gearing up to start his next film ‘King’, co-starring actor daughter Suhana Khan.
