Janhvi Kapoor has expressed her excitement for her sister Khushi Kapoor‘s upcoming romantic film with Junaid Khan, calling it “special.” The film, which is currently untitled, is set to release on February 7, 2025, and is directed by Advait Chandan. The announcement was made alongside a charming poster featuring an artwork of the two leads taking a selfie, which has quickly gained popularity on social media.
On September 17, the production team shared the film’s poster on Instagram, generating significant buzz among fans.The caption read, “Are you ready to experience love in the digital era with @khushi05k and #JunaidKhan? In Cinemas worldwide on 7th Feb 2025! Directed by @advaitchandan.” The poster hints at a narrative that explores themes of love and social media interaction in contemporary relationships, described as “about love, likes and everything in between” .

As per Hindustan Times reports, the initial phase of filming for the untitled romantic drama featuring Junaid Khan and Khushi Kapoor has concluded in Mumbai. The production team has recently relocated to Delhi, where they began shooting a few days ago and are expected to continue for another 10 to 12 days. While the supporting cast will join as needed, both Junaid and Khushi are committed to being present throughout this filming schedule. This film is a remake of the 2022 Tamil hit Love Today, directed by Pradeep Ranganathan.This adaptation aims to resonate with younger audiences familiar with modern dating dynamics influenced by social media.
Both Junaid Khan and Khushi Kapoor are relatively new faces in Bollywood. Junaid made his acting debut in Maharaj, while Khushi starred in Zoya Akhtar‘s The Archies, both released on OTT. Their fresh pairing has sparked curiosity among fans who are looking forward to their chemistry on screen.
